A beautiful day in SoCal for a picnic.
Almost there - for the picnic at Borchard Park.
The Conejo Ski and Sports Club Picnic. Lots of familiar faces, many new ones too. Many haven't been together for awhile for a fun day.
(Hmmm, the web site link on the banner is for the 'old' web site - but the link above will take you there.)
Looks like a good turn out.
Today is an opportunity for friends to meet and catch up.
Jim Robertson, Conejo Ski and Sports Club Prez.

New faces, and familiar ones gather together for a common purpose - FUN!
Borchard is a dog friendly park. Many folks brought their pets with them to enjoy the day. Sometimes the pets had their own ideas of where the best 'spots' were.
Christine Houghton - big smile. Dale and Linda (Nancy and Ann stretch out and relax).
Nancy enjoying the picnic in the park.
Julianne and Tony catching up.
A 'boy and his dog' moment.
While folks are arriving and setting up to relax, our Picnic Host, Ron Imig, is already busy barbecuing Cooking up Bratwurst and Sauerkraut, Hot Dogs, Hamburgers, Chicken breasts and baked beans. Also plenty of fresh salads.
Fantastic job Ron!
Mark and Dale put the finishing touches on the court to kick off the first game of the club's favorite outdoor sport - social volleyball.
Time for volleyball to start.
As Greg shows, in volleyball it's all about style, grace and timing. :)
Ann doesn't seem to like the call on the last point.
Sue and Tony are ready to resume play.
Ron, Lou and Greg working on the food prep.
For those who were hungry, plenty of cheese and sausage plates for snacking, while waiting for the hot food to cook to perfection.
